The hotel offered affordable rates, making it a good value for the money. The location was convenient, with easy access to the ferry and other attractions in the area. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing assistance whenever needed.
The hotel lacks certain amenities, such as secure luggage storage and reliable Wi-Fi. The rooms were plain and in need of updating, and the beds were not very comfortable.

A nice stay in Avalon. Golf Gardens was just a few steps away from the hotel...

Convenient Location, Clean Rooms the hotel has a fantastic central location, which was ideal for exploring the area. the room was clean and tidy, and the amenities were basic but functional. the beds were comfortable, and the linen was clean. the best aspect of the hotel was the rooftop terrace with an excellent view. It was a perfect spot to watch the sunset or have a drink.
Poor Customer Service, Overpriced the staff was not particularly friendly, which was disappointing. the hotel was somewhat overpriced, considering the size of the rooms and the facilities.

We chose a hotel right in the heart of the harbor, a short walk from all the attractions and amenities on Catalina Island. the location made it convenient for our family with small children to explore the area without having to rely on transportation. the rooms were cozy with an old-world charm, and the staff made us feel welcome and remembered our previous visits. We enjoyed the top-floor deck with its beautiful views, where we could relax with snacks and wine and take in the scenery.
The WiFi was unreliable and the rooms lacked some basic amenities.
